For the fourth year in a row, Ravenscroft's student-led fundraising team for Crucial Catch has been recognized as the top fundraising school in the nation, exceeding their goal of $30,000 by more than $6,000, and once again winning the prestigious Pink Cleat Award.
Three Ravenscroft art students have been recognized for their submissions to the Fine Arts League of Cary Teen Show.
Six Middle School students took the global Pegasus Mythology Exam in March, with all winning awards for their performance.

Program Description: Serving the beginner to intermediate, the Volleyball Skills camp will focus on the basic techniques of passing, setting, serving and attacking. Volleyball rules and strategy will be taught in a fun, positive environment.
Instructor: Sandra Merkel-DeJames joined the Ravenscroft team as the Varsity Girls Volleyball coach in 2023 and led the team to a TISAC Conference championship and an appearance in the NCISAA State title game in her first season. Sandy has over 25 years of experience coaching volleyball. She is Co-Founder of NC Elite Volleyball Club, Inc. (founded in 2007), and currently serves as President, Master Coach and Board Chair. She has been involved with club volleyball administration and coaching since 2000, and in the Raleigh area since 2003.
