Description: This course provides an opportunity for students who enjoy art to explore different media in a relaxed atmosphere. Mrs. Rosalind Cooper leads students though projects involving color mixing, painting with tempera, watercolors and acrylics, crayon etching, scratchboard, linoleum block printing, and more.
What to Bring: Please bring an old shirt or smock to cover clothing.
Instructor: Rosalind Cooper holds a Masters Degree in Art Education, with major areas of concentration in ceramics and textile design. She has taught art for over 25 years. Her summer classes are known for their rich variety of "project" choices. The broad array of media used includes ceramics, paints, silk screening, mosaic, stained glass and more.
