Sports Conditioning Camp

Program Description: Want to get ready for the fall sports season? Want to feel better about your overall health and fitness? Sports Conditioning camp is designed for those who want to build their stamina, strength and endurance in the offseason. This progrm will work to develop and inprove key components of both health-related and skill-related fitness including speed, power, endurance, balance and agility. All fitness levels are accommodated and welcome! Come workout with us to prepare for the fall sports season or to improve your personel health and wellness.
What to Bring: Please bring a water bottle and wear proper athletic attire.
Instructor: Jennifer Weider joined Ravenscroft in 2016 as a Lower School & Middle School Physical Education instructor. In addition, Jennifer assists in coaching the Middle School cross-country team and the varsity swim team. Jen is a lifelong advocate for health and wellness and has many years of experience in exercise physiology, personal training and group fitness instruction. She looks forward to helping your child develop their full health and fitness potential.
