Ravens Soccer Skills Camp

Program Description: This camp's primary objective will be to improve player's individual skills. It will focus on passing, receiving, trapping, dribbling, shooting, finishing, heading, etc… and will be tailored to age-specific activities. The camp will also focus on bringing success and enjoyment to each camper by utilizing small-sided games as a teaching medium.
What to Bring: Campers should bring water, a light snack, sunscreen, shin guards, sneakers (in case weather forces indoor play), and cleats. A personal ball is optional.
Instructor: Alix Charles is the Head Coach of the Varsity Boys Soccer team at Ravenscroft. He is a long-time United States Soccer Federation (USSF) Nationally licensed coach and was a NJCAA All-American in college. He was an assistant coach for the Girl's and Boy's teams at Wake Forest Rolesville high School and was involved with many classic teams in Florida and North Carolina. He recently retired from CASL after coaching for many years with that organization. Coach Charles played semi professionally with Olympiacos Soccer club of New York and played for the junior National team of Haiti.
