Field Hockey Skills Camp

Program Descriptions: This camp is designed to prepare the player for play at all levels. Individual skills and basic offensive and defensive strategies will be taught and practiced through drill work, small games, and adapted play. For the more advanced campers, skills will be learned through game play and competitive drills.
What to Bring: Campers need to provide all equipment (stick, mouth guard, cleats/sneakers) They should also bring a water bottle and snack. Participants will receive a practice jersey.
Instructor: Kerry Norman is the Varsity Field Hockey and Varsity Girls Lacrosse Head Coach at Ravenscroft, and an instructor in the Health and P.E. Department. Coach Norman has over nine years of field hockey playing experience. She played college field hockey, ice hockey, and lacrosse at St. Lawrence University in upstate New York. Prior to coaching at Ravenscroft, she coached at several northeast boarding schools. Coach Norman is also a former NCAA Division III Women's Ice Hockey coach (Concordia College - Moorhead, Minn.)
