Program Description: In this half-day camp with Mrs. Callaghan, young artists will be exposed to various art materials and techniques. Each day, we will create something wonderful and enjoy a snack together. By the end of the camp, students will have completed at least five projects to take home.
Equipment needed: A creative mind and a t-shirt to paint in their size (white is recommended but not required if an artist has a specific vision). Lil' artists will discover a wide array of different art materials and art processes in this half-day camp with Mrs. Callaghan. Each day, we’ll create something unique and enjoy a snack together. Students will bring home at least five completed projects.

Instructor: Kristen Callaghan has taught PK-2nd grade Art at Ravenscroft since 2019! She received her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from High Point University. She enjoys creating, getting messy, and experimenting. Kristen Callaghan has been teaching art to students in PK-2nd grade at Ravenscroft since 2019. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from High Point University. Mrs. Callaghan loves to create art, get messy, and experiment with different techniques. When she is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her puppy, Willow, playing video games with her husband, and traveling.
