Create the Escape!

Program Description: Create the Escape is a race against the clock. Each day, campers will experience a series of challenges that will require teamwork and perseverance in order to achieve success, modeled after the popular "Escape Room" experiences. In addition to experiencing a variety of academic and physical challenges, campers will design their own challenges, collaborating with others to build their own escape experience. Teamwork and communication will be an integral part of this week long experience. All students in 3-5 grades who enjoy problem solving, puzzles, mysteries and collaborative games are welcome! Are you ready to race against the clock?
What to Bring: Campers must bring their own lunch, they should also bring sunscreen and a water bottle.
Instructor: Ben Hoover is a current third grade teacher at Ravenscroft and a game enthusiast. He has extensive experience working with children in a variety of camp settings. He has worked as a camp director in addition to leading several activities at camps, such as, backyard games, tabletop games, LEGO architecture, flag football and creative writing.
