Each table seats 10 individuals. Table hosts purchase all 10 tickets for their table and can choose who they are seated with. There are two primary table host opportunities – Green and Golden Tables. 

• Green Tables are $5,000 and ensure you are able to select who you are seated with at the event. These tables will be available for purchase on Dec. 1.
• Golden Tables are $7,500 and include access to a cocktail hour immediately before the Gala and the special Preview Party on Feb. 20, where guests will have the opportunity to view auction items. Golden Tables will go on sale Wednesday, Nov. 19.

Individuals and businesses are invited to purchase tables. Table hosts will be recognized in the gala program. 

Additionally, there are two unique host opportunities. These offer a special way to celebrate the school:

• The Ruby Table is $10,000 and includes a premium event experience.
• The Emerald Table is $12,500 and includes the premiere event experience. In addition to event transportation and other table perks, the Emerald Table is an opportunity to sit with Head of School Derrick Willard and his wife Jenny.

There is only one Ruby Table and one Emerald Table available. Both are an opportunity to make a notable contribution to the school and will have access to the Feb. 20 Preview Party. A portion of all table host contributions are eligible for tax deduction. 

Yes! You can purchase up to four individual tickets. Individual tickets are $300 and will go on sale Dec. 1. We will do our best to accommodate seating requests for individual tickets, but we cannot guarantee specifically assigned seats. Should you buy four individual tickets, you will be guaranteed to sit at the same table as your other three ticket holders. Tickets cover the cost of event attendance and therefore are not eligible for tax deduction.

Sponsorships allow a company or individual to have their logo featured in different ways at the event.

We get it! We can help you transfer your tickets to another individual. Unfortunately, we're not able to provide refunds.

We wish the answer was unlimited! However, due to our venue's capacity we do have some limitations. We expect this event to sell out quickly, so please don't wait to purchase your tickets if you would like to attend.
