For the fourth year in a row, Ravenscroft's student-led fundraising team for Crucial Catch has been recognized as the top fundraising school in the nation, exceeding their goal of $30,000 by more than $6,000, and once again winning the prestigious Pink Cleat Award.

Each year, Ravenscroft updates its Emergency Protocols information, which is available online and in classrooms and offices across campus. Beginning this year, Ravenscroft has adopted the use Standard Response Protocol (SRP) language for campus crisis notifications. This update is detailed in the Emergency Protocols document.
In collaboration with school leadership and in accordance with established best practices, our full-time Director of Protective Services has developed and implemented a comprehensive approach to campus safety that includes:
- Access-control systems and security cameras for all campus buildings
- Registration of employee, student and family vehicles used regularly on campus
- Monitoring of gate traffic and strategic gate closures during the school day
- Background checks for all employees and parent/guardian volunteers
- Guest Management Check-In System with instant background checks for all visitors to secure buildings
- Off-duty officers from the Raleigh Police Department on campus daily and 24/7 campus security service
- Perry Weather real-time monitoring and alert system
- Emergency Protocols information available for all employees, students and visitors on campus
