Book Fair Graphic Fall 2023

The Parents’ Association and school librarians are excited to welcome students and families to the annual Book Fair, in partnership with Scholastic. Lower School families can join us in the Lower School’s Winston Library Oct. 31-Nov. 10 as we celebrate the joy of reading! New in 2023: Middle and Upper School students will have their own book fair in Keim Center from Nov. 3-10! You’ll find best-selling titles, favorite series, and more — plus, you can shop teacher wish lists, win raffle baskets and enjoy fun activities.

Lower and Middle School students will visit their respective Book Fairs with their classes. Parents and guardians may shop with their child after school or during their child’s scheduled class visit. You can also pop in to shop anytime the fair is open. Remember, books make great holiday gifts!

Unable to attend?

Visit Ravenscroft’s online book fairs to make purchases. Ravenscroft receives at least 25% of all purchases when you buy from our page. Books will be delivered to your child’s classroom. The Lower School online book fair runs Oct. 30-Nov. 12 and the Middle/Upper School online book fair runs Nov. 2-15.

Cash-free shopping with eWallet

Give your child a secure, cash-free way to shop the fair. There is no charge to set up an eWallet.  Parents simply create an account and authorize a spending limit on their credit card. Funds are available immediately, and any unused money is saved in your account to spend any time at Scholastic.com.

  • Set up your Middle and Upper School student’s eWallet by clicking here.

Gift a Book for a Teacher or Library

Lower School teachers previewed the book fair and selected books they’d love to add to their classroom library. You may select one (or more) of the books they chose and purchase it when you visit the book fair. Your child will be able to dedicate the book to their teacher by signing it and delivering it to their classroom. Can’t make it to the fair? You may also add money to your teacher’s eWallet, and they can shop for books for their classroom even after the conclusion of the fair.

Middle and Upper School families can gift a book to the Keim Center as part of the Library Gift Program. Visit the fair for your chance to honor a teacher, coach, student or graduate by purchasing preselected books for enjoyment in the library for current and future generations.  Permanent bookplates will be made for all purchases and honorees notified.

Round Up for Ravenscroft

We will be rounding up cash purchases to the nearest dollar to limit the change for book fair. All change donations will benefit our libraries.

Volunteers Needed

There are still plenty of opportunities to help, and the PA Book Fair Committee could use a few more parents and guardians to help stock shelves and check out students. If you’d like to help, please sign up here!

Remember, if you haven’t completed your volunteer background check, you’ll need to submit your information here.
