Jim Gibbons joined Ravenscroft in 2008 as an Assistant Athletic Director for Technical Services. He is the head coach of the varsity football andbaseball teams, oversees the Student-Athlete Leadership Training program, and is a physical education teacher. Before coming to Ravenscroft, Coach Gibbons spent five years teaching physical education and coaching as an assistant coach for football, wrestling, and baseball at The Westminster Schools (Atlanta, Ga.). Coach Gibbons coached for 13 years collegiately from 1990 to 2002 at Wingate University, The University at Buffalo, Buffalo State College, Cornell University, and Ithaca College. Coach Gibbons played football at Ithaca College for Coach Jim Butterfield and was a member of the 1988 Division III National Champions. In 2012, Coach Gibbons completed the process to claim the title of "Certified Athletic Administrator" from the National Interscholastic Athletic Administration Association. Gibbons has also completed NFHS National Certifications for Accredited and Certified Interscholastic Coaching Certifications and completed The NFHS Coach Certification program levels 1, 2, and 3. He is a member of the American Football Coaching Association (AFCA), The National Football Foundation (NFF), The American Baseball Coaching Association (ABCA), The High School Baseball Coaches Association (BCA), and The National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA). Coach Gibbons holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Ithaca College (Ithaca, NY) and a Master's Degree in Student Personnel Administration from SUNY College at Buffalo.

Chip Hoggard the Assistant Athletic Director for Facility Management and has been employed at Ravenscroft for more than 40 years. He has coached the Ravenscroft Varsity softball team for 17 seasons. He was a recipient of the School's Helton Award in 2011.

Chris Morris is now in his 14th season as offensive line coach for Ravenscroft Football (12 years varsity, 2 years JV). Coach Morris played collegiately at Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC after being a four-year letter winner in football at Western Harnett High School in Lillington, NC.

Frank Regalbuto began his coaching career in 2010 while still in high school, working with the Valley Cottage Indians Pop Warner program in Nyack, NY. After graduating from Clarkstown North High School in 2013, he returned to his alma mater as a varsity football coach, serving as the quarterbacks and defensive backs coach before moving into the role of assistant offensive coordinator. From 2017–2018, he expanded his coaching experience into other sports, joining Clarkstown North’s varsity lacrosse staff where he worked with the defense and goalies. That same year, he coached middle school basketball at Felix V. Festa Middle School in West Nyack, NY. In 2021, Frank joined Ravenscroft School, coaching JV Football, Middle School Basketball, and JV Baseball in his first year. Since then, he has held multiple roles across the Ravenscroft athletic program, including Varsity Football receivers and defensive backs coach (2022–2023), JV Baseball coach (2022–present), Varsity Baseball coach (2024), and his current role as Varsity Football Defensive Coordinator (2024–present). Frank's coaching emphasizes fundamentals, attention to detail, and steady player development. His coaching philosophy emphasizes not only building skilled athletes but also shaping young men and women into strong leaders and better people.
