Financial Assistance

All families must apply for financial aid through FACTS. All families interested in applying for financial aid must begin that process at the FACTS website. It is the family’s responsibility to ensure that the application is Complete and "Verified" status by the stated deadlines.

1. Visit FACTS website and create an account.

2. Complete the Financial Aid application form and pay the $40 processing fee.

3. Upload all required documentation as noted below.

4. FACTS reviews your application and works with families to ensure completion.

5. Ravenscroft reviews completed applications in the order in which they are received and determines eligibility for aid.

6. Financial aid decisions are released along with notices of acceptance and are included in the enrollment process, provided families have completed the financial application process with FACTS.

All documents must be uploaded or sent directly to FACTS with the financial aid application. Do not send any tax related documents to Ravenscroft.

• A completed FACTS online financial aid application

• Federal tax returns for 2021 

• Copies of W-2 forms for all working parents

• Most recent pay stubs for all working parents

If you have questions regarding your FACTS financial aid application or need assistance in completing or sending in the required documentation, please call a FACTS Customer Care Representative at 1-866-441-4637. 

• All candidates for admission must apply and be accepted to Ravenscroft before a financial aid award can be offered.
• Financial aid awards can only be finalized after enrollment is accepted and a financial aid grant is offered.
• Financial aid decisions are published at the same time the Admissions Office provides acceptance decision notifications.
• All decisions and notifications are made available online via the Admissions Portal.

Ravenscroft offers its families several payment options each year:

• One Payment: Tuition is due in full each June.
• Two Payments: 60% of tuition is due in June, and 40% of tuition is due in October
• Multiple Payments:  Ten monthly payments beginning in July

Ravenscroft is pleased to utilize an online, convenient payment system: VC Pay, a component of Veracross. VC Pay allows our families the option to pay their re-enrollment deposit, tuition, incidental fees and Extended Day charges using any credit card or e-checks (ACH).

Ravenscroft is committed to providing an excellent educational experience to qualified candidates. Affordability is a significant consideration for any family considering an independent school education. Ravenscroft is committed to offering grant-based financial aid to families with demonstrated financial need.

While financial assistance is available to qualifying families, it is our policy and expectation that everyone attending Ravenscroft share in the financial responsibility of the cost of education.

Priority for financial aid is given to families completing the process within the stated deadlines. It is important to note that a delay in completing the financial aid application will affect a family’s consideration for aid.
