Ravenscroft has become the first independent school in North Carolina to add PlaySight's Smart AI and connected camera sports video to its athletic program as both a livestream viewing option for spectators during the pandemic and a teaching tool for coaches and student-athletes to improve performance.

Fact Fluency Fun Session 1: June 1-5, 2020

Ages: Session 1 & 2 : Rising 1st-2nd Grades
Session 3: Rising 3rd -4th Grades
Time: 1-2 pm
Instructor: Kerri Wadsworth
Program Description: This one week math adventure will help students build confidence in number sense, patterns and logical reasoning through games and puzzles.
Sessions 1 & 2 (Rising 1st - 2nd grades) : With a focus on fact fluency, students will practice addition and subtraction strategies and share mathematical thinking with the group.
Session 3, (Rising 3rd - 4th grades): With a focus on fact fluency, students will practice multiplication and division strategies and share mathmatical thinking with the group.
Materials Needed: Paper, pencils, markers/crayons, whiteboard, whiteboard markers, dice, counters or pennies, playing cards (digital packet of games and puzzles will be provided)
