Program description: This virtual camp will help students enter their Algebra 1 course with more confidence! We will review important foundational concepts and explore the first few concepts of the Algebra 1 curriculum to give students a head start. Topics covered include: fractions, decimals, and percents, solving equations, exponents, and word problems. Students can expect an interactive and focused experience each day. This is also a good fit for students who have already completed an Algebra 1 course and want a refresher.
Materials Needed: Students will need a calculator, spiral or composition notebook, and ability to print materials
