For the fourth year in a row, Ravenscroft's student-led fundraising team for Crucial Catch has been recognized as the top fundraising school in the nation, exceeding their goal of $30,000 by more than $6,000, and once again winning the prestigious Pink Cleat Award.
Nelle Moseley Schantz ’83
Nelle Moseley Schantz ’83 P’20 ’22 is a vice president at Fidelity Charitable managing the Advisor Marketing team. Fidelity Charitable is an independent public charity that has helped donors support more than 219,000 nonprofit organizations with more than $25B in grants. Focusing on Fidelity Charitable’s donor-advised fund program, she is accountable for the company’s marketing strategy targeted to financial advisors including attorneys, financial planners and CPAs.
Prior to joining Fidelity Charitable, Schantz worked at SAS, the market leader in analytic software. She held a variety of positions in marketing, culminating with leading the Product Marketing division. Before coming to SAS, she was Senior Vice President at First Union Corp (now Wells Fargo), which she joined in 1987. During her tenure, she served in various management roles, including driving retail-banking marketing strategies.
Schantz holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Wake Forest University. She is on the board of Methodist Home for Children and is a middle and lower school Sunday School teacher. She and her husband have two children.
