Mary Grady Bell ’14

Mary Grady Bell ’14 works with McKinsey & Company focusing on B2B go-to-market strategy work for software, tech and telecom clients. She has worked with teams to develop the customer experience function for a telecommunications provider, create the value proposition and pitch assets for the new product of a global payments company, design operating model changes and sales enablement programs for software and IT service providers, and has run sales diagnostics and customer churn reduction work across industries. She also co-leads University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and Marketing & Sales recruiting efforts for McKinsey and has assisted with pro bono work through the Atlanta office.

Bell earned a B.A. in history and B.S. in business administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC-Chapel Hill. A Morehead-Cain Scholar, Bell graduated with Honors and Highest Distinction and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
