New Family Fee

A "new family" is defined as one who does not have a child currently enrolled in this School. The New Family Fee is to be paid when a family enrolls its children and is not to be confused with the Enrollment Deposit which is applied toward the total annual tuition. The New Family Fee is a one-time-only charge and is independent of the number of children enrolled in the School.

Note: Additional fees are charged for Private Lessons, Off-Campus Education and some consumable instructional materials. Please call the Business Office for further information if you need assistance with these charges.

 

Tuition & Fee Payment Policy

It is the policy of Ravenscroft School to assess students for the entire academic year's tuition. The school obligates for salaries, tests, and maintenance on an annual basis. Therefore, parents have the financial obligation for full tuition whether or not the student completes the school year.

Ravenscroft has made provision for a Tuition Refund Plan which is described here. This plan is provided at a nominal cost to all parents who would like to protect their own financial interest for any number of personal reasons. However, families electing Option 3 for tuition payment are required to subscribe to the Tuition Refund Plan. Students will not be permitted to enter class until tuition obligations are satisfied. Tuition payment is made by execution of one of the following options:

Option 1: FULL PAYMENT
(a) $1,500 non-refundable deposit due with enrollment agreement
(b) Full payment of annual tuition due prior to August 9, 2010
(c) Tuition Refund Plan is optional
(d) *Last date to change FROM this option to Option 2 or 3: July 15, 2010

Option 2: TWO PAYMENT SCHEDULE
(a) $1,500 non-refundable deposit due with enrollment agreement (applied to first payment)
(b) 60% of tuition due August 9, 2010
(c) 40% of tuition due December 27, 2010
(d) There is a $100 fee for this plan
(e) Tuition Refund Plan is optional
(f) *Last date to change FROM this option to Option 3: July 15, 2010
(g) *To avoid Two Payment Fee, change to Option 1 no later than July 15, 2010

Option 3: MULTIPLE PAYMENT PLAN
(a) $1,500 non-refundable deposit due with enrollment agreement
(b) Ten monthly payments of tuition -  First payment due July 15, 2010 via FACTS on-line(c) There is a $250 fee for this plan plus a one-time annual FACTS fee of $41
(d) Tuition Refund Plan required
(e) *Last date to change TO this option: July 15, 2010

A 1.5% per month late charge will be assessed on any past-due accounts. Any cost of collection shall be paid for by the parent(s) or guardian.
